If you add a comfortable office and a soulful team, what else can you dream of? For many, this gives confidence in the future, certain guarantees and a sense of security.   • Fixed pay. You know exactly when and how much money you’ll get. You can plan your monthly expenses in advance, take loans (and pay them), save part of your earnings for a financial safety cushion.
  • Constant loading with tasks. You always have a certain scope of work set by the management. No need to rush around in search of orders, worry about the downtime, look for contractors yourself. Your task is to do your job well, the rest of the worries fall on the shoulders of the employer.
  • Clear work schedule. Here everything is clear and transparent – working hours from start to finish, standard weekends, pre-planned vacation. All the work remains outside the office, and at home you do not think about it. In addition, according to the law, no one can force you to work overtime.

  • Irregular working hours are the flip side of the coin. Not all companies manage to adhere to a clear schedule. Sometimes you have to do tasks overtime, take work home, or work on the weekends. And it is good if the employer additionally pays for this time.
  • A strict work schedule is both a plus and a minus. You are limited by certain limits that cannot be violated. To solve some personal force majeure issues, you will have to ask the boss every time, and for delays they can be fined. In order not to be late for work, you will have to get up early and drive across the city, and in the evening spend time on the way home. As a result, you do not have much time for your personal life.
  • Threat of dismissal. There is a possibility at any time to fall under the reduction or just under the hot hand of the boss. No one will guarantee that you will be able to work in the company for many years, there will always be a thousand reasons to fire you.
  • It’s hard to step out of your comfort zone. A person gets used to everything, including working conditions.
